    The role of our Regional Manager is to be the representation for Hostwave to a Region or selected clients. As a Regional Manager you will work with our existing customers and take leads from our pipeline process and convert them into Opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will work closely with our Head of Technical Services and National Sales Director to drive the Hostwave vision and values and provide our customers with the products that best serve their needs.

    The Post Holder will see projects from inception to completion, always keeping the customer at the heart of what they do. This will include scoping projects supported by our Head of Technical Services and liaising with our Project Development team to ensure projects are built to the correct specifications. You will occasionally commission these projects and help trouble shoot any issues that may arise.


    Whilst there will be a Sales target, the Regional Manager is about much more than sales. Hostwave pride ourselves on our attention to detail, customer focus and providing an individualised touch. You will have a support network of Head of Operations, Head of Technical Support, National Sales Manager and Head of Marketing. You will be the face of our organisation and will deliver a first-class customer experience.

    Hostwave Limited proudly offer some of the most technically advanced emergency lighting and building automation systems within our industry. We work with end users, building services consultants and electrical contractors on a wide variety of public and private projects including; universities, hospitals, schools, hotels and shopping centers.

    As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to expand our office-based Project Development Team. As a Junior Project Technician, you would be working as part of a small but growing team responsible for providing technical support to our outbound Regional Managers.

    As part of your training, you will learn the products and services offered by Hostwave, the associated industry standards, how to produce emergency lighting and mains lighting designs/layouts by hand, how to use the software packages DIALux Evo, AutoCAD & Salesforce, how to prepare formal quotations and luminaire schedules.

    Main Duties:

    · Follow and work to improve company procedures to ensure high standards of work are produced with continuity.

    · Produce formal quotations

    · Produce luminaire schedules

    · Produce lighting calculations

    · Produce emergency lighting and mains lighting design/layouts which comply with the associated industry standards

    · Plot lighting and emergency lighting layouts on AutoCAD

    · Answer technical queries raised by colleagues and customers

    The Person

    This role would be ideal for someone who is looking to start a new career as it is an entry level role where full training will be provided.

    Hostwave is seeking an experienced and skilled Finance and Administration Officer to work within our finance team.

    The Finance & Administration Officer will ensure a robust and proactive financial function is delivered which aligns with Hostwave’s business objectives and ensures clear and concise processes are in place. Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with all departments, the Finance & Administration Officer will ensure that Hostwave operates in an efficient and proactive manner.

    The Hostwave finance department is critical to the business and is at the heart of what we do. Working closely with the Sales and Warehouse and Logistics team, the post holder will ensure our Sage and Salesforce systems are kept current and aligned to the Warehouse stock holding.

    In addition, the Finance & Administration Officer will also ensure that invoices and Purchase Orders are serviced and dealt with in line with agreed Service Levels. The Post Holder will ensure that all account-based activities are taken care of, and that all supplier and customer information is kept current, and will assist the sales team with expenses, kit orders and any additional support needs.

    The Post Holder will also work with the Directors and Head of Department to ensure that any additional financial and bookkeeping requirements are met along with any other duties which may be required.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    · Bookkeeping including managing customer and supplier accounts, Processing credit account applications, Stock inventory control, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable duties

    · Administration including Reception duties, Minute taking, concise and accurate correspondence typing, dealing with utilities and bills, processing expense claims.

    · Processes – adhere to, improve, and define processes which meet the needs of the business

    · Stock Control – ensure that Sage and Salesforce represent a fluid and accurate position based on the Stock holding within the Warehouse.

    · Ad hoc administration duties as required by the post
